I'm Scott Springer. I live in Baker City, I've been here for years, and I started Elkhorn Property Services because I saw a real need for reliable, honest property services in Eastern Oregon — and I knew I could do it right.

When you call Elkhorn, you get me. Not a call center. Not a subcontractor you've never met. I show up, I do the work, and I stand behind it. That's it.

I run this business the same way I'd want someone to show up at my own property — on time, straight about the price, and not done until the job looks right.

Elkhorn is licensed, insured through Coterie Insurance, and based right here in Baker City. We serve Baker and Union County and the surrounding communities — places I actually know and drive through regularly.
